Terms of Membership for Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ)
Introduction to Membership Rules
These membership rules define the expectations and guidelines for members of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), a registered organisation. Membership is currently free but may be subject to review in the future. Members shall have access to events and activities organised by Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
Definitions
Members: Individuals whose membership is registered on the records of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) and access benefits provided by the organisation. Membership must be approved by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) before an individual is considered a member.
Supporters: Individuals who contribute to Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) and may receive benefits such as newsletters or early access to events.
Rules of Enrolment
Qualification Rules
1. Eligibility: Membership is open to all people residing in New Zealand who identify with and support the mission of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ). Subject to approval by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
2. Application: Interested individuals must complete a membership application form. Acceptance of membership is at the discretion of the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
3. Membership form: Filling up and submitting the membership form doesn’t confirm the membership. It needs to be approved by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
Governing Rules
1. Event Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in at least one Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) event annually – in person or remotely.
2. Behavioural Conduct: Members are expected to uphold the values and reputation of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ). Inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, or actions that negatively impact the organisation, will not be tolerated.
3. Communication: Members should keep their contact information up to date and regularly check for communications from Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
Membership Benefits
1. Event Access: Members have free or prioritised access to events organised by Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
2. Additional Benefits: Members may receive newsletters, early access to events, and opportunities to meet beneficiaries.
Responsibilities and Rights
1. Participation: Members are encouraged to actively participate in Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) events and initiatives.
2. Adherence to Rules: Members must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ). Failure to do so may result in termination of membership.
Penalty for Not Abiding by Rules
1. Warnings: Members who violate the rules may receive a warning. The number and type of warnings will be determined by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
2. Suspension or Termination: Continued or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of membership. Such actions will be taken by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) following a review of the member’s conduct.
3. Resignation: Members may choose to resign at any time by providing written notice to the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
Amendments to Membership Rules and Miscellaneous
These rules may be amended by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) at any time without notice. By continuing as a member, individuals agree to be bound by any such amendments, which take effect immediately upon implementation.
By becoming a member of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), individuals agree to abide by these terms and contribute positively to the organisation’s mission and activities.
Membership is granted solely at the discretion of the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), who may approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Such decisions are final, non-appealable, and not subject to any review or challenge.
Participation in Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) events is encouraged but does not confer any rights or influence over the organisation’s governance or decision-making.
Any benefits provided to members, including event access, newsletters, and opportunities to meet beneficiaries, are offered at the sole discretion of the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) and may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice or liability.
Any uncertainty around the definition of this policy or any other policy of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), then the interpretation of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) will be held to be prevailing. Their interpretation is final, binding, and not subject to any dispute or review.
Resignation from membership is effective only upon written acceptance by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ). No refunds or compensation will be provided upon resignation or termination, regardless of the circumstances.
By becoming a member of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), individuals agree to waive any and all claims against the organisation, its Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ), and representatives for any actions taken in accordance with these membership rules. This waiver is binding and enforceable in any jurisdiction.
If for any reason, any part of this policy or another policy of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) is held to be invalid or partially invalid, another section, which holds the same meaning as close as possible to the former section will immediately replace it if the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) determine it to be necessary. If any part of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any matter this policy or another policy of Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) is silent on, the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) will be the source of authority.
Any conflict that may arise within Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) or between its members, that is not covered by this policy or any other policy, Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ) may deliver any decision in regards to the conflict. Their decision is final and binding, with no recourse to external arbitration, mediation, or legal action unless expressly permitted by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Business Advisory Board (NZ).
